We met Marcus and MDPS through a friend of ours, and they are still friends of ours!

We had a damp smell and mould in the kitchen, Marcus came to look and quickly found that we had a leak from our water softener, he really helped to get the insurance sorted out for us.

Next the plaster off, kitchen cabinets out and floor up, all dried, and back together, and at every stage we knew what was going on. All the workers seemed happy and all did good quality work, and they seemed to enjoy their work and all with a little banter and a smile.

I am happy to say, MDPS have been to ours to do a lot of work since, ranging from our lovely bathroom to our patio. Thank you to all of you.

I was recommended to MDPS by my plumber, as we were buying an old property with some damp problems. MDPS from the outset provided me with advice and recommendations on how to solve my damp problems. It was clear that they knew what they were talking about. After talking with various companies we decided to go with MDPS, and it was the right choice. We kept them on not only to fix the damp issues but also to do the rest of the building works that were required.

I was most impressed with the volume of work they could manage while still keeping to the agreed timelines. At the end of the job, they had sorted my damp issues, removed chimneys, walls, added steels, plastered and completed general work throughout. We had a water leak which soaked the ground floor of the house, we contacted Marcus of MDPS on the advice of our Plumber. He turned up within a few hours and advised us of the steps we needed to take to dry the house out and also helped in dealing with our insurance company.

The drying out took several months and Marcus was available at all times to check the progress, he always arrived at the specified time and kept us informed about the progress. After the house was dry MDPS carried out all the work needed to restore the damage including plumbing, laying floors and decorating, all the work was done to a high standard and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any prospective customers

After noticing a damp musty smell in our property we called MDPS in to assess what the problem was. Marcus was very knowledgeable and very quickly identified the problem was actually due to a lack of ventilation rather than the damp issue we had first thought.
